Haria L G Rotary Hospital provides equal opportunity to all the employees and they can approach the HR Manager and other Senior Persons for any work related problems. The management of the hospital considers its human resource as the greatest assets. We conduct Induction Programme for all the new employees which covers Philosophy, Vision and Mission of the hospital. We are also providing training at all levels as per the requirement of the job. Here, we are using all our human resource parameters to enhance our service standard to the international level and giving training to our manpower as per the requirement of the patients.
